These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PicsReels.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Definitions

  • Credits: virtual units you use to run generation jobs (image/video).
  • Job: a request you run in a Studio (swap, image creation, video generation, etc.).
  • Inputs: content you upload or select (images, references, packs).
  • Outputs: images/videos generated by the Service.
  • Packs: curated portrait/background selections available within the Service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits, purchases, and usage

  • Some features require Credits. Credit costs are displayed before or during generation.
  • Credits may be purchased via our checkout (where available).
  • Credits are not a bank account, do not accrue interest, and have no cash value.

Technical failures & fairness: If a Job fails due to a technical issue attributable to our systems or an integrated provider, we aim to handle it fairly (e.g., retry or credit adjustment where appropriate). We may require evidence (job ID, timestamps) for review.

5. User content (Inputs) — your responsibility

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process Inputs, including consent from individuals depicted where required by law.

You must not upload content that:

  • infringes copyright/trademark or violates privacy/publicity rights,
  • is illegal, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors,
  • is used for fraud, impersonation, or deception.

6. Outputs: commercial use and limitations

As a general principle, you may use Outputs for personal and commercial purposes provided:

  • your Inputs are lawful and rights-cleared,
  • your use complies with these Terms and our “Legal Use of AI” policy.

No exclusivity: Outputs may not be unique. Similar outputs could be produced for other users.

7. Packs (portrait/background)

Packs are provided for convenience and workflow consistency. Availability can change. You may not extract packs for resale or redistribute them as a standalone product.

8. Downloads, library, and storage

  • The Service may provide Downloads via local attachments (Media Library) and/or remote provider URLs.
  • Where “Save to library / Attach” is available, Outputs can be stored locally to keep downloads accessible.
  • You are responsible for downloading and backing up Outputs important to you.

9. Prohibited uses and enforcement

You must comply with our “Legal Use of AI” policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected abuse, or legal compliance.

10. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service itself (software, UI, branding, systems). You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service as intended.

You retain your rights in your Inputs. You grant us a limited license to process Inputs solely to provide the Service, operate it, and improve reliability and safety (subject to our Privacy Policy).

11. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party AI, hosting, storage, and payment providers. Their terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party downtime or changes, but we will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that Outputs will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend/terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Courts with jurisdiction in Belgium will handle disputes, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
