- Auto-resize: Images are resized to max 1980px on the longest side for stability and predictable cost.
- Scenes: Use clean backgrounds or lifestyle scenes with clear surfaces (table, shelf). Avoid busy patterns where placement is hard.
- Product: Best results with PNG/WEBP transparency (cutout) or a simple solid background. Keep the decoration crisp.
- Video: Upload images close to the target aspect ratio (vertical 9:16 recommended) to reduce unexpected cropping.
- Engines: Different engines have different trade-offs. If one job fails, try another engine or a different reference image.
- Public access: Some engines must fetch your reference image via URL. Avoid hotlink blocking or private links.
