Legal Use of AI (Acceptable Use Policy)

This policy explains what you may and may not do using PicsReels.com. It applies to all Studios, Packs, Jobs, Inputs, and Outputs.
1. Core rule: use lawful, rights-cleared inputs
You must only upload content you have the right to use and process. If your content includes people, you must have appropriate consent or another valid legal basis.
2. Allowed uses (examples)
- Creating product-ready visuals for lawful products (e-commerce listings, ads, social posts).
- Generating backgrounds for your own products.
- Creating promotional short videos for your own brand content.
3. Prohibited content and uses
You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is:
A) Illegal or harmful
- instructions for wrongdoing, fraud, or scams,
- harassment, hate, or violent extremism,
- threats or incitement.
B) Sexual content involving minors
- any sexual content involving minors or young-looking persons is strictly forbidden (and will be reported where required).
C) Non-consensual or privacy-violating content
- doxxing or revealing personal data,
- sexualized content or intimate imagery of a person without consent,
- impersonation or deepfake misuse intended to mislead.
D) Intellectual property infringement
- unauthorized use of copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarked branding where you lack rights,
- passing off someone else’s brand or content as your own.
E) Deceptive or misleading practices
- generating “proof” imagery, fake reviews, fake receipts, or fake documents,
- misinformation intended to cause harm or defraud.
4. Special rules for people/portraits
If you upload portraits:
- you must have permission from the person depicted (or a lawful basis),
- you must not upload sensitive personal data embedded in images,
- avoid using real persons for misleading advertising without disclosure where required.
5. Enforcement
If we detect or receive reports of misuse, we may:
- remove access to certain features,
- suspend or terminate your account,
- preserve logs/records as required for legal compliance,
- report illegal content where legally required.
